The terms described here apply to all purchase agreements made by consumers with Velofant ab (559477-4381). To ensure the protection of customer interests, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Homes Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) are applicable to all purchases made on www.velofant.se and its associated domains.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
To enhance the security of transactions, Velofant ab has established a partnership with Klarna, a well-known financial service provider. This collaboration ensures a reliable and secure payment experience for both our valued customers and our company. Klarna offers a wide range of payment options, including invoicing, installment payments, card payments, bank transfers, and the convenient option of buy now, pay later.

AGREEMENT
When you make a purchase online, a legally binding agreement is formed when you choose to complete the payment during the checkout process. An order confirmation is then automatically generated without any manual review. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order if, for example, the product is unavailable or if there are technical issues.

IN CASE OF A DISPUTE
The agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disagreements regarding the interpretation or application of these terms will be interpreted according to the Swedish legal system. If a dispute arises, Velofant AB will abide by the decision of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
