Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We have agreements with BRING to distribute bikes and accessories from our warehouse in Sweden. In exceptional cases, we may also use DHL and Postnord. The delivery time to customers varies but is around 2-4 days within Sweden and 4-8 days within the EU after ordering. We also ship internationally, so please get in touch for a quote.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
In the event that goods are not picked up, they will be returned to our possession. In such cases, we retain the right to charge for the return shipping costs and any relevant handling fees to the responsible party.

RETURNS
The cost of returns is borne by the customer unless the product(s) turn out to be defective. Returns must not be sent with cash on delivery.

RE-CRAFTED
Our "Re-Crafted" models and accessories can be picked up at our workshop in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg. An order is usually ready for pickup within 4-7 days. In some exceptional cases, we can also ship items. Contact us and we'll calculate the shipping cost for this.

ASSEMBLY
The newly manufactured models come 90% pre-assembled. The front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle are the exceptions. An instruction manual is included to show how these should be assembled, along with the necessary tools you will need. Accessories purchased for your bike come in a box and also need to be assembled by the buyer. The time it takes to assemble a bike is about 20 minutes, depending on prior experience.
