Refund policy
The validity of your right of withdrawal extends over a period of 14 days. To exercise this right, you must inform us that you regret the purchase. It's preferable to send this notice to us via email at hej@velofant.se. The timeframe within which you have the right to withdraw from a purchase begins the day you receive your order or a significant part of it.
To cancel a purchase, it is absolutely essential that you keep the goods in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. This means ensuring that the product remains packaged in its original packaging and remains unused. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control. While you are allowed to inspect the product, it’s important to be careful. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, your right to withdraw from your purchase is forfeited.
WARRANTY
Velofant AB provides a comprehensive warranty package for our products, consisting of a 1-month product warranty on used bikes and a 1-year product warranty on new bike models and a 3 year complaints right (right to complain regarding production errors on new products). To initiate the complaint process, it is important for customers to have a valid receipt for their purchase. The complaint should be reported within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, accompanied by a detailed explanation of why the product is considered defective.
RETURNS
The cost of returns is borne by the customer unless the product(s) turn out to be defective. Returns must not be sent with cash on delivery.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
In the event that goods are not picked up, they will be returned to our possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the costs for return shipping and all relevant handling fees to the responsible party.
